Hounds of Hell - Cincinnati
Cincinnati was a charter that popped up out of nowhere. But the reasons for it's creation came from the desperation of a damned man. Sound familiar?
Cincinnati was created as a Charter without the knowledge of the founding father, John Killdare. The Charter made by Sergei Iceclaw after his crimes against the MC had cost him everything, from the woman he had fought for, to the alliance his family members still held for him. Sergei fell into Cincinnati alone and with next to nothing to his name.
Gaining a few garou followers, he put together the Charter almost overnight, echoing the ways of Killdare's own charter in the south. The group were immediately put to the test, but came out on top. Surprizing for some, including the charter members, but this became a trend. Against undeniably bleak odds, the Charter continued to succeed.

Cincinnati was built into old subway lines, much like the Deep Urban Caern. Another place Sergei had spent long periods of time within. He seemed to be taking the best ideas from those groups around him and putting them into action together for his own unit. He preached the importence of family and honor, perhaps after having learnt his own lessons the hard way.

Cincinnati held on for a few years together, spending most of tht time cleaning up their city and making a name for themselves serving Gaia in a world turning colder by the day. With notable characters such as Beaker, Veta, Xand and of course Sergei himself, the Charter certainly had it's own MC Celebrities.

Mostly ignored during most of this time, Sergei and his Charter started gaining the attention of the Killdares and their nearest neighbor, Chicago. Sergei welcomed the visits from the other groups, showing his Charter off a little before them. First it was Eva Killdare who headed up to Ohio, then Jimmy Dalca and Robert De Silva after Chicago was patched over by the main Nomadic Charter in the South-West.

Cincinnati was finally officially recognized by the Killdares and Sergei was named it's president. it was a proud time that would unfortunately end in chaos at the hands of Dalca.
Jimmy Dalca first began a rivalry with a Silver Fang member of the Charter named Amadeaus Torvold. The rivarly ended up with Dalca drugging the Fang and scandal was brought crashing down on the young Charter with Torvold fathering a Metis and devastating his marriage. Sergei attempted to heal the wounds and cast out Dalca from his Charter House, but many of the members were left disgusted with the actions taken under Iceclaw's watch. Many of them ended up being called to the main charter in the south, near none returned to Ohio.

Iceclaw, having a royal heritage with the Russian Silver Fangs was subsequently called back to his motherland to face the threat of the legendary vampire known as 'Baba Yaga' alongside his adoptive mother, Queen Tamara Tvarivich of the Cresent Moon. He remained there until his dying day, fighting for his tribe and the good of the Nation. The Charter was formally patched over soon after and the members joined the other charters, where they can still be found to this day.
