Hailing from the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee, Nick Berman displays the aggression most would attribute to one of the Full Moons of Auspice. However this Ragabash holds the training to outrun most of such creeds.

Coming from a dark background of Black Ops and Delta, Nick displays a vast knowledge of weaponry, combat manner and tactics. It has not taken him long to be known as one of the more dangerous members of the Hounds of Hell MC.

It has not been an easy ride with the MC however, Nick's time has been tainted with tragedy and circumstances that have shaped him from his previous life into the Hound he is today. Losing his first mate to childbirth, becoming a father and living with guilt have all weighed heavily on the Shadowlord, as he discovers that not all of what he has known of his life is quite as it seems.

Having built up a good working relationship with the Alpha, Brendon MacFarlene, Nick has flourished into his position within the MC of Sergent at Arms. It's certainly a suitable standing for the Shadowlord. Being able to execute the discipline of the MC he calls home.

Luckily for Nick it would seem love has found him again, but this time in the shape of the Alpha's daughter, Nadiya MacFarlene. Both of them bringing up the little girl he named after his friend, Bren. Breanna has held a challenge for Nick that he did not see coming his way. However with the time around his new family, he is learning that the MC also means a lot to the heart and not just to the bullets he loads into his 45's.

Even with his time not being the longest on the road, he has utilized his military background in being a mentor to the young "kids" of the MC. Showing them that it is time to grow up in the face of danger and the darkness that threatens to claim the sept Nick personally has sworn to protect.
